Manages the financial bookkeeping of a business.
Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
Maintaining ledgers, preparing and distributing checks for suppliers payments.
Responsible for processing invoices, recording payments and track expenses of the organization.
Proactively coordinating with Factory Manager for update on dispatching of the inventory on daily basis and recording.
Delivery Note and processing sales invoices into the system.
Handling Petty cash for day to day operational expenses.
Responsible for preparing and filing GST return and refunds.
Updating and tracking inventory into the system regularly.
Send bills and invoices to customers, follow-up for overdue payments and ensure that a company’s invoices and payments match up correctly.
Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
Create and maintain effective record keeping system and maintain all the files with high level accuracy.
Managing a company's accounts payable and receivable.
Communicating with customers/suppliers regarding billing and payments.
Processing refunds, recording credit and debit note into the system.
