Admin cum HR Officer

Location: New Delhi , India

Responsible for posting the vacancies on company’s websites.

Making appointments for short-listed candidates for interviews.

Fully understand for all MOM regulation & system.

Apply administrative support function with good organizational skills

Maintain efficient and accurate records in line with the best management practice

Order services, supplies, and materials.

Office facilities management.

Arrange appointments, manage calendars, and complete work schedules.

Filing important documents and maintaining files, etc.

Update personnel files for all workers and staff.

Process monthly Payroll including checking of overtime, staff attendance, claim and monthly allowances.

Protect company rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
