HR Specialist

  • Provide dedicated support and guidance to multiple Business HR Partners and Country HRPs including but not limited to: HR requests related to Workday HR actions, employee & People Leader (PL) questions or help required, employee onboarding & exits, employee data maintenance, HR data reporting and troubleshooting as needed in relation to employee pay and benefits.
  • Lead HR analytical efforts to drive more effective decisions through deeper operational understanding. Monitor and identify trends to partner with HR Operations to drive solutions.
  • Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for HR systems and tools and documentation.
  • Lead other site-wide HR projects as necessary, working across multiple client groups.
  • Provide dedicated guidance on: WD-related questions, HR fundamentals and processes, mastering the OneHR site and guiding the HR function towards a more digital way of managing a workforce.
  • Continually partner with BUSINESS HRPs and COUNTRY HR partners to drive employee data accuracy in HR tools and make updates when necessary (organization changes, leave of absence, transfers, salary, job details, bonus plans, reporting structure, work schedule, work location, payroll details, etc.)
  • Own key tasks related to HR processes in collaboration with local COEs for Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits and HR Operations, to ensure high-quality service and suggest process improvements to simplify processes.
  • Assist with all other HR data & business requests as needed.
  • Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in a human resources position).
  • Min. 1 year of Human Resources experience.
