As a Human Resources Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following key areas by taking ownership and assisting the HR Services Manager to ensure a high quality of service provided to our Team Members.
Oversee housing operations
Assist the HR Services Manager to ensure the smooth running of housing facilities, including the safety and well-being of Team Members
Evaluate Team Member satisfaction levels and monitor trends with a focus on continuous improvement
Ensure planning, coordinating and executing employee activities and events, including special food days in Team Member Restaurants, annual Team Member party, participating and driving Blue Energy-related activities
Attending all the department communication meetings to represent the Human Resources department for Team Members' feedback. Maintain a tracker to update and resolve the feedback
Be a role model for THRIVE@Hilton
Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers
Ensures onboarding and departure of team members in collaboration with HR
Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
Ensure proper inventory, order food and supplies for Team Member Restaurant and check the quality and quantity of orders received
Coordinate with the Engineering and Security department related to technical and safety aspects of the team housing
