Human Resources Services Supervisor

  • As a Human Resources Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following key areas by taking ownership and assisting the HR Services Manager to ensure a high quality of service provided to our Team Members.
  • Oversee housing operations
  • Assist the HR Services Manager to ensure the smooth running of housing facilities, including the safety and well-being of Team Members
  • Evaluate Team Member satisfaction levels and monitor trends with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ensure planning, coordinating and executing employee activities and events, including special food days in Team Member Restaurants, annual Team Member party, participating and driving Blue Energy-related activities
  • Attending all the department communication meetings to represent the Human Resources department for Team Members' feedback. Maintain a tracker to update and resolve the feedback
  • Be a role model for THRIVE@Hilton
  • Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers
  • Ensures onboarding and departure of team members in collaboration with HR
  • Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
  • Ensure proper inventory, order food and supplies for Team Member Restaurant and check the quality and quantity of orders received
  • Coordinate with the Engineering and Security department related to technical and safety aspects of the team housing
